This shows that the majority of people here that were interested in a music magazine questionnaire were female (61.54%) and the rest male (38.46%). This means that more females are inerested in music magazines, which means here are probably more magazines ou there for females and maybe not as many for females, his makes me want to make a magazine more male or gender neural oreinated.

This graph is conclusive that the majority of people taking the quesionaire are between 16 and 18 (82.35%). This means i will be writing in a more informal way to atract then but no so much as he magazine is paronising (like a young childs pop magazine). I will include topics tha this age group would appreciate like relaionships, youth, drink and drugs ect.

With this question, the majority had no preference as to if the model were to be male or female. I will, therefore, go for whichever i feel suits he magazine best seen as there was only a four person difference between having a male model (7) and a female model (12) and his small number difference could be because of the fact that more females took the questionnaire.

For his question a staggering 56% said they would wan to see a bio of one band and an interview with them and 42% said they wanted to see a lis of new bands and short descripions. Some people offered oher suggestions such as 'a list of places of see bands' and ''names of bands to lisen to' which i fel were very similar to the opions 'a list of venues' and 'a list of new bands and short descripions. I think i will combine he wo highes ranking and make my main aricle on a small new band and a bio and interview with them.

This was one of the only questions i allowed o have a text input rather than a multiple choice. The aim of this question was to find out how many people likes indie, small bands and wha bands were popular, so i knew whih bands would be good to include on my magazine. For example, one that came up muliple times was the alternative rock band The 1975, so i know i will definitely include them in my magazine as i know they are a popular band so know that, with them in the mag, people would buy it - if it were to sell for real.

The responce to this question came as a huge surprise. I did not expect it to be as close as it was. I knew pop would be 'pop'ular as it is probably he bigges contributer to modern music around. However, the highest and closest were Rock (Overall ranking of 6.41), Acoustic (Overall ranking of 6.24) and Indie (Overall ranking of 6.17). All three of these genres tie ogeher niely under the umbrella of Indie, which means i could easily put all three of these genres into one indie magazine and take styles from each one to atract the audience. For example, and indie colour scheme of earthy colours and pastels, rock fonts and pictures of acousic guitars and artists.

Most magazines are around £4. So to be competative i wanted to price my magazine around that but slightly lower. The resuls show tha mos people would pay between £2.02 and £3. Put simply this has old me what the most i can price my magazine is without losing sales due to it being too high.

The majority said they would prefer a minimalist layout (78.79%). This means i will have simpler fonts, a clear colour scheme, a layout that is unique but clear but without making it simplistic - it must be minimalist but professional

There is a distinct correlation that continues throughout the questionnaire. Indie was one of the highest ranked genres, and then the colours associated wih indie (Muted colours, Paselly colours, Vintage style, Browns, Faded colours) were the most popular colour scheme (61.54%). This is extremely helpful as, when producing the indie magazine the people wanted, i can include all the forms and conventions (including colour) of the indie genre.

The most popular kind of shot the audience would like to see, from the responses, are Live gig shots of a band, closely followed up by a single shot. Unfortunatly, due to practicalities, i do not think i will be able to get live band pictures, however i will definitely be able to get single shot and behind he scenes of set band pictures.
